BENEFITS

Medical Insurance

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including a major Medical Plan. Coverage for all benefit plans is effective on the first of the month following the date of employment. MicroSys pays 50% of the medical premiums.

Vision Insurance

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including a Vision Plan. 

Dental Insurance

Regular, full-time employees are eligible to enroll in a comprehensive benefits package, including Dental Coverage.  MicroSys pays 100% of the premiums for regular, full time employee and 50% for dependents.

Life/Life AD&D Insurance

Regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Life AD&D Plan and MicroSys pays 100% of the premiums.

Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance

Regular, full-time employees are automatically enrolled in our Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Plans and MicroSys pays 100% of the premiums.

Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Insurance Plans 

Regular, full-time employees are offered additional insurance options such as: Accident Plans, Critical Illness Plans, Hospital Plans as well additional life insurance plans.

Retirement Plan 

Regular, full time employees are eligible for participation in MicroSys' SIMPLE IRA retirement plan.  MicroSys matches contributions at 1-3% and employees vest immediately.

College 529 Savings Program

Regular, full time employees are eligible for participation in MicroSys' College 529 Savings Program.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

  • Years 0-3 = 15 days (120 hours) per year
  • Years 4-7 = 20 days (160 hours) per year
  • Years 8+  = 25 days (200 hours) per year

All MicroSys employees are offered Direct Deposit as an option for a timely, convenient, and stress-free payroll.

Holidays

MicroSys offers its employees eleven (11) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Parking/Metro Reimbursement

MicroSys provides all billable employees up to $150 in monthly reimbursement for metro or parking expenses
